Haley loves her sister
Lucas took Haley to the basketball game last night and while on the way home from the game he heard her in the back seat, saying "please, please, please" So he asked, Haley what are you doing? Wishing on a star? and she said "NO, daddy I am wishing to God" What are you wishing for Haley? I am wishing for Charley to not be sick any more, "Please Please Please God make Charley feel better" I freaking love my children!! Thank you GOD!!!

Charley and the Medicine Cabinet
Here is our version of Charlie and the Chocolate factory - Charley and the Medicine Cabinet!! Poor Charley was born congested and since birth has been on antibotics/allergy meds but never really seeming to break the congestion bug! Most recently we got to visit the allergist, while there we found out that Charley (who lives in Oklahoma with all its allergies) is not allergic to anything. YAY! But still they were unsure why she is all congested, they prescribed us 5 prescriptions before we left in the mean time....only for us to return to the allergist a week later and get another prescription only to return to the peditrician and we may end up with yet another. Looks like are next trip will be back to the allergist so we can be reffered to the ENT who put in her tubes to have him look at her adenoids which are enlarged. Charley right now is being treated to clear up the congestion while also having a sinus infection, ear infection, end of pink eye and fluid in her lungs and another FYI she had her 18 months shots today and her 2 year molars are coming in. Here is a list of our meds for her:
Patanase (nose spray) 2 times a day
Nizatidine (acid reflux) 2 times a day
Sildec-PE (decongestion meds) 2 times a day
Xopenex (nebulizer) as needed
Tobramycin (eye drops) 2 times a day
Singular (asthma treatment) once a day
Flovent (steroid inhaler) 2 times a day
Ceftin (antibotic) 2 times a day
Motrin (advil) for the teething and the shot today :) as needed

Haley her special gifts
Granny and Grandad bought Haley several books by Max Lucado. They are children's books about the wooden Wemmicks and their maker Eli. So great!!! She loves reading all 4 of them nightly, but her favorite is the story of "Your Special Gifts" Eli the wooden maker gave the Wemmicks all special gifts one day to help a family that needed help. I explained to Haley how Eli was like God to the Wemmicks, she woke up this morning saying I wonder what special gift God has given me? I asked her what does she like to do the most and she said read, so I told her God has given you the gift to read and share with others great stories. She is now looking for a gift in the house of books God has given her to read! So sweet she is, I think I have to go to the store and buy some books at lunch now! :)
